The Transmogs We Wear: My Characters Review

The post is a kind of a review of my current character transmogrifications. The idea is to check out whether the collected sets are actually put in use :)

I’m one hundred percent happy with the current representation of my characters – although I will always try something new, now I’m fully content with how the wardrobe reflects my character’s persona.

As always in my posts, pictures open in another window by click.

Micromantica

Micromantica

My main has been wearing this dress throughout BfA, and no desire to swap it with anything else yet. I like how it reflects Frost specialization, it’s definitely a mage robe, fit to arrive at the King’s courtroom, yet practical enough not to bother in the field. Also, she’s the only character to wield her artifact weapon.

Jellica

Jellica

Robes of my priest are The Nighthold/Nightmare raid finder set, and I’ve been wearing them ever since. It’s a shout-out to Combat Medic, and she is. No praying, no temples or communities – she’s a battle healer with colors of both purity and blood.

Myrki & Fearella

Myrki

Fearella

Both warlocks are based on Season 11 PvP set. Sexy, yet not slutmog, gothic and brutal but posh – fits them both as if it were the only option.

Pins

Pins

My rogue has decided long ago that Blackwing Lair set is the thing she wants. And during my transmog hunt she gradually replaced red item by red item until it all became the Bloodfang Armor.

Paitsu

Paitsu

Paitsu has several transmogs – and this Siege of Orgrimmar set is her purity option, much required during the recent N’Zoth invasion. For Shadowlands she may wear bleaker colors.

Schlitzchen

Schlitzchen

Schlitzchen didn’t change her outfit since Draenor I think. The set is based on Dragon Soul vest and Bastion of Twilight skirt – nothing too flashy, yet nothing too tribal – she’s a shaman, not a savage :) Also these maces fit for curling lightnings around are not a subject to change, ever.

Rikkit

Rikkit

The recent acquiring from Naxxramas currently fits her best – she likes the wind in her belly button, but doesn’t forget about proper protection too :)

Gorgul

Gorgul

Gorgul likes the fashion of Northrend adventures – best fit for melee combat, with no flashy elements.

Jakatti

Jakatti

The desert fire mage wears the Icecrown Citadel heroic set – as black scorched colors are in contrast with her snowwhite pelts, and gems clearly indicate what she’ll hurl at you.

Mindebad

Mindebad

I always liked skirts on my gnome plate fighters, and Mindebad has settled with a recent requirement from Heart of Fear. Out of many skirt set options this is the one that says “death”, and this is the one that says “princess”. Yes, she’s a princess and a royalty – she dares you to argue with that.

Anibell

Anibell

Anibell has recently changed her favorite casual Alliance Lion colors into a zealous paladin set from the Sunwell Plateau. The longing for the pre Holy Light is strong nowadays.

Kalaari

Kalaari

The Survival Hunter runs in her agile black outfit – the less items that bother the better. There’s no transmog set associated – items were picked to fit the chest which is the major item.

Myde

Myde

Myde loves her Heart of Fear set – furs and forest colors are what a night elf hunter wants in the wilds. Of course, she dropped the hideous shoulders and helmet. Btw: this is Thori’dal, the Stars Fury in her hands.

Jagda

Jagda

This metallic, elegant and copper outfit from Uldir is what the dwarf wants! Combined with a lava staff from Blackrock Foundry this makes a perfect elemental shaman of Ironforge.

Maylune

Maylune

I’m a total fan of the Dragon Soul druid sets. It’s such a tender and elegant manifestation of nature like nothing else. She’s wearing a Normal version, although I like the berry-inspired Heroic recolor almost as much. The staff is a loot from Hellfire Citadel. It says both “branches” and “stars” – and I can’t imagine anything better for a moonborn Balance girl.

Jammu & Melaris

Jammu

Melaris

Now this is the lol, and the most unlikely outfit pairing ever :) A playful Highmountain druid has sneaked the demon hunter’s Nighthold/Nightmare raid finder uniform :) And while everything is totally clear with Melaris here, Jammu just thought it looks too cool with her red battlepaint. Well, both look like they were born wearing this set, and there’s not a second thought about changing it :)

This is it for tonight – a couple more toons are leveling, but their sets will be decided when they have all the options.
